This text is an agreement between the Blind's online clothing store through the territory of Ukraine in the future "Online Store", and the user of the online store service, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" and determines the conditions for purchasing goods through the website of the online store www.blind-blind. COM, hereinafter "online store" or "site".
1. Basic provisions
1.1. This agreement is concluded between the buyer and the online store at the time of the order.
1.2. The information posted on the website of the online store contains the conditions for the purchase of goods and represents a public offer, the status of which is fixed by Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (GKU). The acceptance is the fact of placing an order to the proposed product.
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees with the conditions specified by this Agreement, by simplication of the mark in the column "with the terms of the agreement" when placing an order.
1.4. Make a purchase in the online store of clothing can any physical or legal person who is able to accept and pay for the goods in Ukraine.

2. Product Information
2.1. The product is presented in the catalog through photo-samples, which are the property of an online store.
2.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by text information: articula, price and product description.
2.3 At the request of the buyer, the online store manager is obliged to provide (by phone or by email), other information necessary and sufficient, from the buyer's point of view, to make it a decision to buy goods.
2.4. The price indicated on the site can be changed by an online store unilaterally.
2.5. In case of changing the price of the goods ordered by the buyer, the online store manager at the first opportunity informs the buyer about this (by phone or by email) to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the buyer, this order is considered canceled.
2.6. The goods implemented by the online store are labeled with information about the basic consumer properties of the goods, the method of its application, the location of the seller.
3. Procedure for purchasing clothes in online store Blind
3.1. Orders are accepted through the online store of clothing and official pages on social networks.
3.2. The buyer of the online store has the right to order any product provided on the site, as well as in any quantity. The goods can be both available and can be created within 8 working days.

3.3. For ordering when buying a product that is not available, the buyer is given the opportunity to purchase goods according to standard sizes.
3.4. In the absence of goods or necessary for the manufacture of fabric and accessories in stock, the company manager is obliged to put the buyer informant (by telephone or via email).
3.5. In the absence of goods, fabrics and fittings for the manufacture of goods, the buyer has the right to replace its product similar model, to abandon this product, cancel the order.
3.6. The buyer has the right to abandon the order at any time before payment and acceptance of the order to work, putting an online store on the phone or through email. After payment and sending an order to work, the refusal of the goods is possible, but paid funds are not returned.
4. Payment of order
4.1. The order made in the online store is paid by the buyer by transferring funds to the bank card. The buyer has the right to ask the manager to provide another payment method. In case the ability to pay in another way possible, the menover provides the necessary information to pay in another way.
4.2. Payment of the order must be made by the buyer by 100% of the advance payment of funds for the online store card account. The fact of payment is a fact confirming the buyer's desire to receive the selected product, which is available, or the wishes of the buyer within 8 business days to expect the sewing of the goods presented in the online store.
4.3. With no cash flow, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the buyer
5.1. Delivery of clothing purchased in the online store is carried out by courier services throughout the territory of Ukraine, Russia and the countries of the world.
5.2 Sending the ordered goods in Ukraine, Russia, the countries of the world, available, are made within 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation of the order by the buyer. Saturday Resurrection and officially recognized holidays are not part of working days.
5.3. Sending an ordered product that is not available, which must first sew, is made in 8-12 days after payment of the order.
5.4. Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer. When delivery in Ukraine, the payment of the services of the courier company is made by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. Delivery in Russia and other countries of the world is paid at the time of the order.
5.5 All things made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, be as careful as possible when choosing the size. You can ask us any clarifying questions. We will be happy to present all the necessary parameters of the model and additional photos. Please keep in mind that our answers are purely advisory in nature. The final choice is yours.
5.6 An item purchased from stock is non-refundable. Exchange is possible only if the required size is available.
6. Other
6.1.Online clothing store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product proposal for clothing on the site, regulate access to buying any goods, as well as suspend or stop selling any goods at its own discretion.
6.2. This Agreement should be considered as published on the site, and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
